Berry Delicious Smoothie
For a slurp-a-licious breakfast on the run or power-packed snack at any time of the day, this berry smoothie will hit the spot!
Berry Delicious Smoothie Ingredients
4 large scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen is fine)
1/2 cup milk (no fat/ low fat is best)
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
Berry Delicious Smoothie Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on the lowest speed for half a minute, or until the smoothie is, well, smooth!
Pour into 4 tall glasses and enjoy immediately :)
